Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality, creative dishes.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, food quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and design innovative menus that merge Latin and Asian culinary traditions.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure consistent kitchen operations.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train, mentor, and support junior kitchen staff, fostering their growth and development.
• Manage kitchen budgets, staffing, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• 7-9 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Senior Sous Chef or in a similar leadership position.
• Ready to take on the responsibility of running the kitchen as a Head Chef for the first time.
• Strong knowledge of Latin and Asian cuisines is a plus, but a passion for fusion cooking is essential.
• Proven leadership ability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• A deep understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene regulations.
• Fluent in Swedish or English.
• Must have Swedish personnummer and valid residency in Sweden.
