About Us: Our bistro brings the authentic flavors of France to Stockholm, offering a delightful brunch experience with fresh croissants, savory quiches, eggs, pastries, and much more. We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients and traditional French techniques, with a modern twist. We're looking for a motivated and skilled Sous Chef to help maintain and elevate the high standards of our kitchen.

Position: Head Chef
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring food quality, consistency, and     presentation.
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff to maintain an efficient, high-functioning team.
• Help with the preparation and cooking of dishes, focusing on traditional French brunch offerings.
• Ensure food safety standards, cleanliness, and proper hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, new dish development, and seasonal offerings.
• Support in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-9 years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 5 years   as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of French cuisine, especially brunch-style dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Fluent in Swedish or English.
• Must have a Swedish personnummer and valid residency in Sweden.
