In this role, you will lead a team of culinary professionals dedicated to creating innovative and exquisite dishes that blend Latin flavours with modern techniques. You'll work closely with the restaurant group's culinary team to maintain quality, develop new menu items, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. A 'YES CHEF' attitude, emphasizing flexibility and excellence, is essential.

What We're Looking For

You are communicative, positive, efficient, team-oriented, and pride yourself on high-level guest service and quality. We prefer candidates with at least five years of kitchen operations experience, specifically in Latin or fusion cuisine.
